What a gorgeous book! It covers all the old, classic seaside hotels of New England . Of course, Block Island is included. Great photographs of Block Island ’s remaining and once great hotels. This book is thoroughly researched. It is amazing how huge and ornate these classic buildings were. Sadly, so many of them were destroyed by fire or hurricane.
